The FIA Board is excited to announce a significant enhancement to how you pay your membership dues. As part of our ongoing efforts to simplify processes and improve resident experiences, we are pleased to inform you that in addition to PayPal, Zelle, and checks, you will be able to pay your voluntary annual dues using a credit or debit card. Additionally, we are introducing an auto-renewal feature to ensure seamless continuation of your membership. It will run for three years before an auto-pay renewal is required, but can be discontinued at any time.

To further enhance your experience, we are introducing an auto-renewal feature for annual dues. With auto-renewal, you can set up your account to automatically renew your membership each year, eliminating the need for manual renewal processes.

How to Enroll in Auto-Renewal starting on January 1, 2024

Enrolling in auto-renewal is simple. Visit our website at https://www.foxridgecommunity.com/membership starting on January 1, 2024 to pay by check, PayPal, Zelle, or the additional new credit card method that uses Stripe.
